60-Day Full/Partial Refund Policy

We are confident that you'll find great value in our digital course. To ensure you feel secure in your purchase, we offer a 60-day refund window with two possible refund scenarios, detailed below.

1) Full Refund within 60 Days (Zero Usage Required)

You are eligible for a 100% full refund of the purchase price if you meet both of the following conditions:

• Your refund request is submitted within 60 days of your original purchase date.

• The course is determined to have zero usage. This means none of the core instructional videos, modules, or lessons have been accessed, streamed, or downloaded, and any accompanying digital files (workbooks, templates, etc.) have not been downloaded.

If a full refund is processed, your access to the course and all its materials will be immediately revoked.

2) Partial Refund within 60 Days (Usage-Based)

If your refund request is submitted within 60 days of your original purchase date but you have accessed or used a portion of the course, you are eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of the course you have completed.

Refund Amount = Purchase Price × (1 − Percent of Course Used)

How “Percent of Course Used” is Determined: This will be based on tracking data from our learning management system (LMS), which monitors the completion status of course modules and lessons. For example, if you have completed 30% of the lessons, your refund will be 100% − 30% = 70% of the purchase price.

Minimum Usage: If the system shows 100% completion, no refund will be issued.

Access Revocation: When a partial refund is processed, your access to the course and all its materials will be immediately revoked, regardless of the percent used.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that refunds are not available after the 60-day window has passed, or for any of the following:

• Any third-party or affiliate products purchased through a link in the course.

• Optional add-ons, one-on-one coaching time, or physical products associated with the course.

How to Request a Refund

• Your full name

• The email address used for the purchase

• The date of your purchase

• A brief reason for the refund request (this helps us improve the course)

We will review your request and usage data and process the appropriate refund within 5–10 business days.
